1. Workshop Registrations

• Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund, provided the workshop hasn’t started.

• After 48 hours, no refunds will be processed.

2. Cancellation by Us

If a workshop or service is canceled by Acting by Sarfraz due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

3. Digital Resources

All digital materials (downloads, eBooks, recordings) once purchased are non-refundable.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
